Warranty and Service Requests for AVAZZIA BEST™ Products
Troubleshooting
If the BEST™ device does not appear to be working correctly or if no sensation is felt, replace with new quality batteries. Note that in some cases such as thick skin or numbness, sensation may not be felt. This is normal and should be treated as if sensation is felt. At low power settings, try the device on another more sensitive part of the body to confirm sensation.
Warranty
AVAZZIA, Inc. BEST™ devices are sold with a limited one-year warranty against defect of material or workmanship. AVAZZIA’s liability is limited to replacement or repair of product only, at manufacturer's discretion.
Warranty term is 12 months from the date of purchase. A receipt is necessary for warranty validation and any repair. AVAZZIA purchases made outside of the United States should be returned to the authorized distributor or reseller for warranty support.
Refunds and Exchanges
You may return merchandise purchased from this Avazzia website within the US with the option of receiving a credit or an exchange within 30 days of purchase subject to applicable restocking fees. When mailing merchandise to our return center, please allow 14 days processing time.
You are responsible for all shipping charges. But if the return is the result of our error, you will not be charged for return shipping.
Restocking Fees
There is a 15 percent restocking fee for all electronic devices.

Your AVAZZIA products are manufactured under stringent quality control in compliance with international quality standards and established safety guidelines. In the event that your product needs service, please follow the instructions below to avoid delay:

Additional Return Information
Warranty repairs may require 4-6 weeks of turnaround time. However, many are repaired within 10 days.
Products damaged due to abuse, exposure to water or other chemicals, or other mishandling will be returned to the sender "as is, without repair" with an explanation as to why it was not repaired, unless it is stated on the RMA form that you want your product repaired and you agree to pay for the repairs. In order for your product to be repaired, all necessary billing information and the authorization for minimum repair charges must be completed on the RMA form.
The warranty becomes invalid when:

Shorting of electrodes - The electrodes should not be directly shorted together (via metal, highly conductive liquids, etc) while the device is on. This could result in damage to the device. |

Electro-static shock damage - Powerful electro-static shocks into the electrodes may damage the device whether it is on or off. |

Violent vibration - Violent vibration could damage components and reduce the effectiveness of the device. |
