Warranty and Return Information for Avazzia Best Products. Trouble Shooting If the Best™ Device does not appear to be working correctly, replace with new quality batteries. If no sensation is felt, replace with new quality batteries. Remember that in some cases such as thick skin or numbness, sensation may not be felt. This is normal and should be treated as if sensation is felt. At low power settings, try the device on another more sensitive part of the body to confirm the sensation. Warranty Avazzia, Inc. BEST™ devices are sold with a limited one-year warranty against defect of material or workmanship. Our liability is limited to replacemetn or repair of product only, at manufacturer's discretion. Warranty term is 12 months from the date of purchase. A receipt is necessary for warranty validation and any repair. Avazzia purchases made outside of the the United States must be returned to the authorized distributor or reseller for warranty support. Only US Purchases will be accepted by Avazzia directly. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Instructions for Repair 1. Please complete the Return Request Form below. Include the following information: i. Name ii. Address iii. Return ship-to address if different (PO boxes not allowed) iv. Daytime phone v. Fax number vi. Email address vii. Location of purchase viii. Date of purchase ix. Reason for return (Please give as much information as possible to assist us in determining the problem with your unit.) 1. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form will be sent by email, fax or mail to the address you provide.
General Return Information The shipper must insure all RMA shipments. Avazzia will not be responsible for any shipping damages. No return shipments will be accepted without an RMA number: Ship device, sales receipt and RMA form to the address found on the RMA form. Warranty repairs may require 4-6 weeks for return; however, many are returned withing 10 days. Devices damaged due to abuse, exposure to water or other chemicals, or other mishandling will be returned to the sender "as is, without repair" with an explanation as to why it was not repaired, unless it is stated on the RMA form that you want your device repaired and you agree to pay for the repairs. In order for your device to be repaired, all necessary billing information and the authorization for minimum repair charges must be completed on the RMA form. The 9V Battery should be replaced as soon as the device indicates a low-battery status. Use a good quality, standard 9V battery. The warranty becomes invalid when: · More than one (1) year has passed since the purchase date · The unit was damaged or broken due to misuse or improper use · Rough handling · Water or chemical damage · Broken seal or case · Shorting of electrodes - The electrodes should not be directly shorted together (via metal, highly conductive liquids, etc) while the device is on. This could result in damage to the device. · Electro-static shock damage - Powerful electro-static shocks into the electrodes may damage the device while it is on or off. · Violent vibration - Violent vibration could damage components and reduce the effectiveness of the device. . side ports used inappropriately Please complete the following to request an RMA# and return your device. | |||||||||||||||||
